FA-W fluff separators were especially developed for challenging hygienic areas and comply with the requirements of DIN 1946-4. Installed in exhaust air ducts, FA-W fluff separators provide efficient filtration of clothing and other textile fibres, preventing downstream contamination and fire load.

With no protruding parts, FA-W features a completely flat profile to prevent snagging and protect personnel and equipment. FA-W consists of two parts: a stainless steel wire mesh separator with robust, circular profile frame; and a stainless steel mounting frame to allow installation in the wall or ducting.
